We want you to love your sustainable essentials, but if things aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the packaging remains intact to help us minimize waste.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
